“I show up as my authentic self in therapy so my clients can, too.”
I'm not a one-size-fits-all therapist, and that’s exactly what I love about this work. I meet each client where they are, honoring their story, culture, pace, and goals.
I work with adults navigating:
Trauma (including childhood, intergenerational, and complex trauma)
Relationship and attachment challenges
Cultural identity or first-generation experiences
Queerness, gender exploration, and LGBTQIA+ community care
Life transitions, stress, and the feeling of being “too much” or “not enough”
If you're ready to make meaningful changes in your life, I’m here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and a little humor along the way.
It’s an honor to serve so many of the communities I belong to.
